To give you the power to know your financial status anytime, anywhere, we are proud to offer our Text Mobile Banking System. Now you can get all the info you need right on your cell phone! Even if you don’t have a smart phone or web enabled device, you can still view account information through a simple text message.
To get started, follow the instructions below. Once you are set up, using the system is simple. just send us a message with one of the commands listed here and we will text you back with the answer in just a few moments. This is a free service from NETCU, but standard messaging rates may apply.

What is NETCU Txt Banking?
NETCU Txt Banking is a way for you to request account information from us anytime you need it with a simple text message. Simply text our short code to ask for balance or history information and we will send it back to you quickly through a text.

How do I sign up for Txt Banking?
If you are not already a NET Teller user, please contact member service to get started. Log in to NET Teller and choose options tab to set up your Mobile Settings. From there choose Text Mobile Settings to get started. If you need step by step setup instructions, you can find them here.

Is there a charge for this service?
NETCU does not charge for this service but standard data or messaging rates may apply from your wireless provider. Please see your contract for details.

How do I un-enroll?
Anytime you wish to unenroll, simply text the word STOP to the short code.

What are the commands I need to use?
A full list of the commands can be found at the top of this web page or in NET Teller. You can also text the word HELP to the short code and we will text the command list to you.
