North East Texas Credit Union is dedicated to supporting our community. As a part of that commitment, we want to support the organizations that enhance our lives in our service area. To request a cash or in-kind donation or sponsorship from North East Texas Credit Union, please review the eligibility requirements and donation guidelines below.
Donation/Sponsor request to benefit an individual’s cause or a single family’s cause are not eligible.
Donations must go to benefit a nonprofit organization with tax exemption status under Internal Revenue Service code 501(c)(3). However, requests from schools (private or public) or school-affiliated organizations like a PTA will be considered.
If request is granted, check will be made payable to organization, not an individual.
North East Texas Credit Union requires a minimum 30-day notice for donation requests.
Donation requests must be submitted in writing, accompanied by a North East Texas Credit Union Donation Request Form, which may be submitted online by completing the form available through the ‘Donation Request‘ link at the bottom of this page,
by printing the downloadable form by clicking available through the ‘Print Donation Request‘ link at the bottom of this page, which may be faxed, emailed, or mailed to North East Texas Credit Union at:

North East Texas Credit Union can grant only one donation request per organization, per calendar year.
Donations must go to benefit residents of the Northeast Texas Area, specifically areas our branches serve (Lone Star, Daingerfield, Jefferson, Mt. Pleasant, Diana, Hughes Springs).
The organization requesting the donation must employ ethical methods of publicity, promotion and solicitation of funds.
You will be notified of the decision by North East Texas Credit union within 30 days, either by phone or mail.
