What types of transactions can I do through NET Teller?
Here you can transfer funds, check balances, review transactions, pay bills, change mobile and text options, and access your e-statements.
Why do I have to answer so many security questions?
Our multifactor authentification system helps us to protect you and your information from fraud. The extra questions ensure that you are “You” when you log in. These questions should have a one- time set up and will only ask you to verify when you switch computers or cause the system to question if there has been a change since your last log in. If you have specific questions about this system, please contact us and we will be glad to help.
Can I use NET Teller through my Web Enabled Phone or Tablet?
Yes, you can either use your browser to log in just as you would on your computer or you can download one of our apps from either the Apple or Android markets to make using NET Teller easier on your smart phone or tablet.
What do I do if I forget my password or lock myself out of my account?
Once you have successfully logged in to NET Teller, you can set up a Password Reset Question and Answer under Options>Personal. This will allow you to use the “reset password” option in the event you have forgotten your password. The “reset password” link is located on the login page and it can be used 24×7. The Password Reset Question and Answer are separate from your security questions and are only used to reset your password. If you haven’t set up the Password Reset Question and Answer, you will need to contact your local member service representative and they can re-set your password for you.
