NETCU provides the finest in financial services to individuals, organizations, and businesses in Northeast Texas. Anyone who lives or works in Morris, Marion, or Upshur Counties; or lives, works, or attends school in Titus County is eligible for membership. In addition, membership is available to those within  a ten-mile radius of any credit union office or belongs to the Lake of the Pines Civic Association.

Also, credit union membership is available to immediate family members of the primary member. This includes: spouse, parents, children, sisters, brothers, grandchildren, grandparents, step or foster children. Plus membership is available to the spouse's immediate family as well. You're encouraged to make the many benefits of credit union membership a family affair.

To join North East Texas Credit Union, you must complete a membership application, open a deposit account with a minimum deposit of $20 (larger initial deposits may be made) and pay a one-time membership fee of $5. The Credit Union offers both individual and joint accounts.

North East Texas Credit Union operates under the State of Texas charter 930 and is regulated by the State of Texas and the National Credit Union Administration, a U.S. government agency.

From time-to-time, the Credit Union's field of membership changes to allow additional groups to join. Check with the Credit Union to determine if you're eligible.

At the Credit Union, "once a member, always a member" is the policy. Even if you change jobs, move away or retire, your membership continues with all its benefits. The Credit Union efficiently serves members by mail, telephone, and the internet.
